Ingredients
 spanish onions3 medium
diced small
 garlic3 cloves
minced
 tomatoes2 medium
diced small
 jalapeño1 whole
diced fine
 lemon juice4 tbsp
or to taste
 cumin1 tsp
 coriander1 tsp
 olive oil1 tbsp
 hass avocados2 whole
 salt
to taste

Chop all the vegetables and place them in a bowl.

Add the lemon juice, spices and olive oil, then mix together.

Slice open your avocados and place them in your bowl with the rest of the vegetables. Mash all the ingredients together until it is evenly distributed, then salt to your desire.
