Raw Cocoa Brownies

3 cups walnuts
16 whole dates
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup cocoa nibs
1/2 cup dried cranberries

1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

In a food processor pulse walnuts till they become a crumbly texture.

Add the pitted dates and pulse 20 times or until it's fully blended.

Add the cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, cranberries and maple syrup. Pulse all the ingredients until fully combined.

Using a 2 oz scooper, scoop onto a sheet pan layered with parchment and then in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Serve right after.
