Garlic Cabbage Salad

1 whole green cabbage
sea salt
to taste
5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
3 tsp agave nectar
caraway seeds
to taste

Shred the cabbage (or thinly slice) and put it into a large bowl. You can also use a food processor if desired. (If hand cut or shredded - sprinkle some sea salt over it, and crunch it with your knuckles until the mound is reduced some, about a third less.)

Mince garlic cloves and stir into cabbage.

Mix olive oil, vinegar and agave in a jar or shaker. Pour onto cabbage mixture and stir to coat well. Add more sea salt if desired.

Shake caraway seeds over top to taste.
