From Justin's Peanut Butter
Ingredients
 rotini pasta8 oz
gluten-free
 Justin's Classic Almond Butter 1/2 cup
 lime juice2 tbsp
 soy sauce2 tbsp
gluten-free
 honey1 tbsp
 rice vinegar1 tbsp
 chile-garlic sauce2 tsp
 salt 1/2 tsp
 ginger1 tsp
fresh and minced
 broccoli slaw12 oz
bagged
 red bell pepper1 whole
chopped
 mushrooms1 cup
sliced
 edamame1 cup
steamed and shelled

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond butter, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, chile-garlic sauce, salt, and ginger.

Drain the pasta, reserving 1/3 cup of the cooking water. Rinse the pasta with cool water. Stir the reserved cooking liquid into the almond butter sauce, then add the pasta and vegetables. Toss well to coat.

Serve at room temperature or chilled.
