Raw, Chocolate Avocado Pie

3 cups almond flour
raw
3/4 cups coconut oil
raw and melted
1/2 cup shredded coconut

3 tbsp honey

4 tbsp water
3 whole avocados
1 1/2 cups cacao powder
raw
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut sugar
raw
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Crust

Add the flour, oil, coconut, honey, salt, and water to a food processor and blend. Scrape mixture off the sides and add more water/coconut oil if needed. “Dough” should form a clump or ball.

Add dough to your 9’’ pie pan and press into form. Place in fridge or freezer while making mousse.
For the Mousse

Cut and blend avocado in food processor. Add the cacao powder, syrup, sugar, vanilla, and salt and process until silky smooth.

Smooth the mousse onto the pie crust. Place in freezer 1-2 hours to set. Decorate with fresh, organic berries!
