For the Crust | |
1 | Add the flour, oil, coconut, honey, salt, and water to a food processor and blend. Scrape mixture off the sides and add more water/coconut oil if needed. “Dough” should form a clump or ball. |
2 | Add dough to your 9’’ pie pan and press into form. Place in fridge or freezer while making mousse. |
For the Mousse | |
3 | Cut and blend avocado in food processor. Add the cacao powder, syrup, sugar, vanilla, and salt and process until silky smooth. |
4 | Smooth the mousse onto the pie crust. Place in freezer 1-2 hours to set. Decorate with fresh, organic berries! |
