Zesty KIND Vanilla Blueberry Parfait

3 tbsp crystallized ginger
chopped
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
keep lemon juice
1 cup blackberries

4 cups yogurt

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add 1/2 cup water, ginger, honey, orange juice, and lemon zest with lemon juice. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer about 10 minutes.

Put fresh blackberries into a large bowl and pour the ginger sauce over top. Toss gently to combine.

Place 1 cup Greek yogurt into 4 individual serving cups. Alternate layers of blackberries and KIND Healthy Grains Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flaxseeds with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top. Finally sprinkle some Clusters on top then enjoy!
