|Place a rimmed baking sheet in the oven and set temperature to 400°F.|
|Place chickpeas in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add the salt and spices and toss until they are evenly coated.|
|Pour chickpeas onto hot pan and roast for 20 minutes.|
|Shake pan and return it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until chickpeas are crisp and slightly browned.|
