1 | Place a rimmed baking sheet in the oven and set temperature to 400°F. |
2 | Place chickpeas in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add the salt and spices and toss until they are evenly coated. |
3 | Pour chickpeas onto hot pan and roast for 20 minutes. |
4 | Shake pan and return it to the oven for another 10-15 minutes or until chickpeas are crisp and slightly browned. |
