This is my go-to juice for when I need to ‘drink’ a little sunshine during the long winter months in New England. It’s also a staple for my juice cleanses. The taste reminds me of summer – bright, slightly sweet – and the color brings back memories of an ocean sunrise.
1 | Depending on your juicer, peel or skin all ingredients prior to juicing. |
2 | Cut carrots, oranges, lemons and ginger according to juicer requirements. |
3 | Juice ingredients. |
4 | Serve in glass and stir. |
5 | Sprinkle with tumeric. |

No need to peel or remove skin but citrus pith can be bitter.
