Green Monstah Juice
4 whole apples
Granny Smith and Fuji
1 whole cucumber
3 whole carrots
When I’m feeling a little sluggish or have the winter blues, this green juice is what’s needed to jump start my system and makes me look forward to Spring. It’s slightly sweet from carrots and refreshingly tart from the apples. It’s another staple for my juice cleanses.
If you can, use organic produce. If organic is not available, peel / skin all ingredients prior to juicing.
Chop all ingredients to feed into your juicing tube, then start the juicing process.
Once done, stir and serve.
You can store in airtight jars for up to 2 days.
You can also halve this recipe for fewer servings.
Makes approximately 24 ounces, depending on the juicer.
