Golden Milk

1 can Coconut milk
1 can Water
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground ginger
1 tsp Raw honey or maple syrup
1 pinch Black pepper

Turmeric is especially known for its benefits to digestion, immune function, liver health. Turmeric also aids in relaxation. When I had trouble sleeping I started drinking Golden Milk before bed and slept like a baby.

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

Pour into a small sauce pan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

Drink immediately.
