Ingredients
 natural peanut butter 3/4 cup
 ginger root2 tsp
grated
 garlic1 clove
grated or minced
 honey2 tsp
 soy sauce1 Tbs
 rice wine vinegar1 Tbs
 juice from 1 lime
 toasted sesame oil1 tsp
 hot water
to desired constancy, or may use black tea
 salt
to taste
 chili pepper sauce
to taste (optional)
 scallions3 stalks
sliced
 cilantro 1/2 cup
chopped

Stir (or shake) all the ingredients together.

This tastes better if you allow it to sit a few hours or overnight so the flavors blend.
Notes

Use this as a stir fry sauce, dipping sauce or to dress a cold noodle salad. It also makes a great salad dressing or sauce for making a Thai inspired wrap. Or, you could just eat it right out of the jar with a spoon ... we don't judge.
