Huddle's Do-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

5 pounds Potatoes
cooked drained and mashed
3 ounces Cream cheese
1 cup Sour cream
2 tsp Onion salt
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Butter
Paprika
to taste

The beauty of this recipe is that you can prepare it way ahead of time, but it can be served immediately too. I'd cut the recipe in half unless you have a crowd

Cook, drain, and mash potatoes.

Add rest of ingredients and beat with potatoes till fluffy.

Put into a 9X13 buttered pan or large casserole dish.

Cool completely, dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika, cover, and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

Remove, warm to room tempurature and bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
